How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your SparrowDesk subscription at any time. However, any monthly or annual payments you've already made are nonrefundable, and you will not be issued a credit for future use or as cash to your account, per our SaaS Services Agreement.

You are accountable for the entire upfront fees associated with your chosen subscription period, even upon early termination.

If you're on a free trial that does not require credit card information and you haven't entered any payment details, no action is required to prevent future charges. Your account will be automatically suspended after the trial ends, and you would need to manually choose to continue service if desired.

On a paid account, to cancel your SparrowDesk account, please reach out to our dedicated support team . Our team will be available to assist you throughout the process.
