SparrowDesk Startup Program
The SparrowDesk Startup Program helps early-stage startups deliver high-quality customer support without committing to full Professional pricing upfront.
Eligible startups receive full access to SparrowDesk’s top-tier (Professional) plan, with all features unlocked, at a discounted rate for up to three years. This article explains how the program works, how discounts are applied, and what to expect during the program period.
What is the SparrowDesk Startup Program?
The Startup Program is designed for early-stage software and technology startups that want to scale customer support efficiently while managing costs.
Once approved, your SparrowDesk account is placed on the Professional plan and receives startup-specific, time-based discounts. These discounts reduce your subscription cost gradually over three years, allowing a smooth transition to standard pricing as your startup grows.
How Startup discounts work
Startup discounts are applied automatically after your application is approved and your account is activated under the Startup Program.
The discounts follow a phased, multi-year structure, ensuring that startups can continue using SparrowDesk’s full platform while progressively adjusting to standard Professional pricing.
No manual activation or additional requests are required once approval is complete.
Discount structure
Year 1: 90% Startup Discount
In Year 1, your Professional plan is discounted by 90%.
This allows early-stage teams to start using SparrowDesk with minimal upfront cost, while accessing the complete Professional feature set during initial growth. Get 300 free AI resolutions monthly to automate replies.
Year 2: 50% Startup Discount
In Year 2, your Professional plan continues at a 50% discount compared to standard Professional pricing.
You retain full access to all Professional features as your customer base and support volume grow. No changes to your configuration or usage are required.
Year 3: 25% Startup Discount
In Year 3, your Professional plan receives a 25% discount off standard pricing.
This final phase supports a smooth transition to regular pricing. There are no feature restrictions, no lock-ins, and no service interruptions during or after this phase.
What the discount applies to
Startup discounts apply to:
- The Professional plan subscription
- All Professional features, identical to those available to non-startup customers
There is no feature gating during the program. Your account remains on the full Professional plan throughout the entire discount period.
When startup pricing begins
Startup pricing is applied:
- After your application is reviewed and approved
- Once your account is confirmed under the Startup Program
The discount is applied automatically. You do not need to enable or request it separately.
What happens when a discount period ends?
At the end of each yearly discount phase:
- Your account automatically moves to the next startup pricing phase
- No action is required from your side
After the third year, your account transitions to standard Professional pricing. Your data, configuration, and access remain unchanged - only the billing rate is updated.
Program duration
